He’s a demon...

...on this scooter. MrR, the Rooster, the wee fella, the scooter demon and the Weim walked...or scooted along the promenade while I ran it a few times. I’m still trying to complete the 2017 Marcothon so need to get a County Down run in each day I am here.

It was a glorious morning and grateful to have the opportunity to run along the coast.

In the afternoon we all took a wander round Tollymore Park...one of the places used by The Game of Thrones production company for filming. It was a tad icy in bits...one bit in particular where we just had to slide down a slope!

Lovely walking though.

Grateful for a grand days walking and good company.
