Binondo Church

...otherwise known as the Minor Basilica of St. Lorenzo Ruiz. Originally built in 1596, though a lot of it are reconstructions, as typhoons, earthquake and a couple of World Wars had taken its toll on the old church. St Lorenzo Ruiz had supposedly served as altar boy here in the 1600's.

This shot was taken from inside the car, as we were going home from a tiring, but very satisfying, shopping expedition in Divisoria, probably one of the best (and craziest) giant bazaars in the whole wide universe!

(Notice the campaign posters waving in the wind? Politicians are having a field day with the campaign season having already begun recently. I hate the litter and the traffic (!) they've been causing these past few days. Wish they'd all just go away.
