Happy New Year

We went to a friend's house for a home cooked Thai meal with plenty of Champagne, Jenga and 'who am I' games, to see in the New Year. During the evening Peggy came and sat next to me.
Peggy was found with six newborn kittens and had had a leg amputated, she was barely a kitten herself, and was taken in by our friends a few years ago. She's a very friendly cat and also puts up with Millie Spaniel and Huxley the Lab who also live there, but she's in charge!
Then we celebrated French New Year and an hour later, UK New Year which was really just an excuse for more Champagne and kissing I think!
