~New Years Eve~

Some good news to start the year off with.. I sent a text to the landlord and asked if we could get together and talk about the situation.
"Yes we can talk tomorrow. Call me at your convenience. Rest assured you are fine, No surprises."
I can't tell you how happy I was to receive this message from her.  
This evening Dave and Billie came over, we sat around, good conversations and food. At midnight we stepped outside with pots and pans and yelled Happy New Years... All the neighbors were out so it was fun.
