BIG MOON....

.... well my ability as a weather forecaster was sort of correct!!

Set my plan to capture the Wolf Moon and of course part of the "forecast" was correct!! As the moon hit the sky from where I was set, the misty cloud disguised it to point of nil shot!!

Damn, but whilst waiting had a bit of fun with some bird shots. Have a look on FLICKR here as a pair of Black Cockatoos flew by. Then a pair of red rumped parrots gave a nice show as they high tailed it into the dusk!

By the time I arrived home the moon had got into the sky a bit more with less haze so took this shot of the moon through some tree leaves. Thought with the result needed some faffing to make it "the real deal" with the wolf set in!
