Year of the Dog

We went to a local shrine to draw lots and receive our fortunes as people often do.

Here is a dog wearing a traditional Hakuma seeing as how it's new year's day.

It is unclear why the owner was wearing Uggs or why they remarked "look a foreigner" before I could remark "look there's a dog in kimono".
