Sock it to me!

Toby has a trick; he finds, hides and then re-finds things. Usually balls dropped or lost by other dogs in the village. He has a pretty good memory for an old dog and generally goes straight to the chosen hiding place the following day.

However over Christmas a sock has become the object of this game. How the sock was lost in the first place is a mystery, at this time of year I can't imagine many children going barefoot or paddling in the beck.

I love his expression and the fact that it looks like he's wearing a tie!
