Onwards and upwards

Another 'extra' parkrun.

I had volunteered to do set up and scanning  so needed to be at the park for 8am.  I also wanted to run today so was out at 6.30, singing 'all is quiet on new years day' to myself as I pounded the pavements.  There were few people about and it was lovely.

I chose the set up job that took me down to this statue as the sun had just started breaking through the clouds.    I can never resist a picture and even though I took plenty of dog/running shots too, have to blip this one.  

I've added a dog/running extra.  I walked with this incredible duo last week, a week after B had heart surgery.   She has already booked a diving trip for later in the year.  

A reminder to make the most of the now; every precious moment we have and to not put off things for another day.  

Today marks my chosen 'blip milestone' as my first '365' photo was taken on 1st January 2012, and I now have 6 years of daily pictures.  

WOW!

Let's make the most of 2018 now.
