Happy New Year's Eve

A happy ending to a baking project - my first angel food cake .Made as a necessity so as not to waste the 12 egg whites left over from Colin making chocolate egg nog. I have never tried one before having had not so good memories the "sponge cakes" my grandmother loved and came home from the grocery store with all too frequently. Fortunately this doesn't taste like those!
