Still at mum’s

I woke in the night and spewed up the mac n cheese I’d had for tea, accompanied by diarrhoea, lovely start to 2018!
Spent the rest of the day lying on sofa, too ill to do much, no company at all for poor Mum.
I should be at work tomorrow but there’s no way I can leave Mum until some care is in place.
