Winter Morning glory

I got up before sis went out to work this morning because I need to do some serious planning for the new job! As i walked across the landing to the bathroom I spotted this outside the landing window. 
The only changes I have made to the shot is to crop a rooftop in the bottom right hand corner. the colour is as it came off the camera and to be honest pretty much as it was in the sky. Was absolutely glorious. Alas as soon as the colour disappeared the grey and damp set in again. But thats ok because i have to sit staring at books and a computer all day anyway:-)
