Goodbye 2017 - Hello 2018

Loved the display at the local hair salon. The upsidedown tree is a new thing! The tree has been up for a month but the 2018 balloons have now been added. Very bright and cheerful, especially at a very early and frigid hour waiting for my bus. The super/blue moon was spectacular this morning. Luckily the bus was on time but the commuter trains are a frigging mess. About -20 with windchill and no trains....oi.... Great to be back to work (not!). My sweetie is super fortunate to count today as his first official day of being retired - lucky guy....poor me. Doesn't help when i am at the tail end of a nasty cold.
