Narrowboat on the Trent and Mersey Canal

Today hasn’t gone according to plan, but in a good way. We had a surprise visit from my son and granddaughter Cara which was lovely but meant the grant application I needed to do got pushed back.
Which meant my morning run got pushed back ....
Really struggled today, legs felt like lead - too many mince pies over Christmas!
