ELUSIVE SIGNS...

These are perhaps the only 2 signs posted in the downtown core, maybe even the city, that read disabled accessible and no smoking on the same building entrance...Weather people abide by them or are enforced is another story. These two signs are on one of the oldest department stores in Nanchang... on the corner of Bayi Rd. and Zhongshan Rd...with a kfc and the all popular brand new shiny Starbucks Coffee Shop...
Across the 6 lanes of Bayi Rd., is our downtown Wal-mart...big competitor...and diagonal sits Bayi Square...some would say the center of the city. (Photo by Iain Dewar)
