The Messiah

Today is The Messiah day. We had the best picnic for the interval - salmon blinis, Boxing Day pie, Indian snacks, and a bottle of prosecco. A great performance as always, and a lovely day out.
Meanwhile all the boys went mountain biking in glentress.
When I got back I did day 2 of RED January - a wee 3k run with C. It felt good to be out running again.
