Storm Eleanor

According to The Met Office the UK is currently experiencing Storm Eleanor with 80mph winds on January 2 and January 3. The storm developed from a low pressure system in the Atlantic ocean.

I needed to take some stuff to the local charity shop and afterwards Mrs BB wanted to visit Caerphilly town centre. As she shopped I had a walk in the rain and took a photo of the gent sheltering in the bandstand opposite the castle. Taken in film grain it shows the inclement weather.

As I type this the letter box is banging away from the winds. Lovely not to have to have to work in it.....something I don't miss!
