Merlin's New Year resolution .. be nicer to Pixie?

Merlin only tolerates Pixie - he does not actively play with her or allow her to show affection to him. So it was unusual to see this tonight - both curled upon the same bed !
The extra is of last night's beautiful full moon, taken at just after midnight - no sign of it tonight - raining and blowing a gale.
