The Olympic spirit is in his heart.......

Roan our son is 6, he loves to get out on his bike and run everywhere.
On the track without any perental force, he decided to run and cycle for around 20 mins or so.

He kept me up to date with th fact GB finished second...
After each lap he crouched down from his running or cycling efforts.
Even though he felt tired..he rested a bit...then went again. I encouraged Roan all the time, he enjoyed it.

At the end he found a golf ball.....
