A stormy night

A very windy morning as Storm Eleanor departs. I was expecting a lot of surface water this morning as we had so much rain, but the roads were almost completely dry! The car was being blown a bit by the winds though, and on days like this I am always glad I don’t drive the motorhome to work anymore!

I don’t often Blip the Severn Bridge during the winter months but it does always look pretty lit up so I decided I would this morning. I had to take this through the car windscreen as the winds were near gale force at 31 mph and I just couldn’t hold my phone steady. The car was being shaken by the winds while I took it. Unsurprisingly the bridge was closed to all traffic!
