Wet and Wild!

Well, its been blowing a hooley all day, scudding cloudings, glimpses of bright sunshine, in between squally showers, you name it, we've had it, and most of it is reflected in this photo!

We ended up in separate beds, something to do with snoring ;-) we are both still so blocked up with colds, although they are gradually improving thankfully!

We desparately needed some fresh air, so took ourselves off to Bents Garden Centre for lunch Hub had a sandwich and I had lamb and barley soup, both lovely! Bought a few things in the sale, as you do ;-) I did take my camera and wide angle lens so I could take part in Bobsblips Wide Wednesday challenge, with its sub theme of Water this week.

After lunch I intended to pop out onto the decking to take a water related shot, but the heavens opened, so the best I could do, was push my lens up against the glass conservatory window, so not only have you got the lake, its water fountain, but raindrops on the glass too Bob, oh, and the leaf just happened to blow up and stick to the window as I took the shot!

I hope that for those of you who have had to venture back to work, it hasnt come as too much of a shock :-/
