Rubbish

Another rubbish Blip and another rubbish day. Spent until about 4am alternating between being in bed and being sick. Got a few hours sleep then more sickness this morning :(
Have been feeling better this afternoon though so hopefully that’s it all over! I know nobody enjoys being unwell but I really am spectacularly pathetic at it!!
