Saltmarsh Flooded

The supermoon that I blipped a couple of days ago has in fact lead to high tides and the flooding of the saltmarsh. The dunes at the far side of the salt marsh where we regularly walk cannot be easily reached and that area becomes almost an island in the sea. It has also meant the river level at high tide has lead to minor spillage over its banks but not to the extent that the whole of the river path is covered and access becomes impossible.
