They say it's your birthday

2 birthdays in one weekend. After celebrating Kie's yesterday it was slightly less raucous for Mom's today.

Mom's always been a massive Ruth Rendell fan so when I realised that she'd had a new novel published this year it made present choosing pretty easy.
Though it might have been a bit awkward if Dad had bought it too -which he very nearly did.
She also got a new camera for her birthday...so will she start blipping?
