Aysgarth Falls - Upper

I just don't think lovely milky water would have done justice to this shot today. I felt you needed to feel the power of the volume of water flowing through the falls today. As we walked from the upper, through middle to lower falls the power increased. They looked more like Icelandic waterfalls than those in the UK.

This is the day after Storm Eleanor, and many hours of rainfall in the Yorkshire Dales.

We didn't stay out for too long, as yet again it just kept raining really hard! There were only so many times we wanted to endure the waterproofs.
