Dry January?

No thanks!

A very grey, windy day in Yorkshire. It was back to school for C and back to the gym for me. Thankfully all those swims last week meant I've had a fairly healthy Christmas and a good thing too as the lovely Kevin worked us extra hard in the express circuits class this morning. After that I had one of my slowest swims ever and gave up after about 12 lengths to sit in the sauna. I think I may hurt tomorrow!

Back at home I've taken most of the Christmas decorations down then went for a catch up over coffee with my friend Charlotte who's been back home to Oz for the festive season. Then I was under strict instructions not to stand around chatying in the playground from c as she wanted to get back to Holly, her new best friend.

Finally, it was back to WI business this eve in the warmth of Fanny's Ale House. I think the ale inspired ideas but may not have helped in making firm plans...
