Arthur's Seat
Robert Louis Stevenson described it as "a hill for magnitude, a mountain in virtue of its bold design". Which is about right. It may be only 822 feet high - but in the middle of a city that's quite a lot.
This was taken this morning when there was a fascinating battle going on between the weather - bad and good. Bad won at lunchtime and there was a deluge. But then within half an hour the day was lovely.
