... this wonderful (dilapidated, falling-down) building?

I think selling it will be quite a task bearing in mind the state it is in, but the University (to whom it once belonged) have ensured future use maintains the character of the area and benefits the local economy. One suggestion is that it be turned into boutique hotel. You can see some of the gorgeous interiors including the beautiful tiled entrace hall here. If you fancy a challenge I don't think the price tag is terribly high, but renovation costs may be!
