Icy orangutan

Visited a physiotherapist today for neck and back pain. It hurt while she was working on my neck, then she sent me home to apply an ice pack.
My friend gave this to me a few years ago and thankfully I haven’t had much reason to use it until now.
Less pain but it’s made me quite tired.
