45 minutes into the Blizzard
3 Hours into the storm, it's coming down 2 inches an hour, heavy, wet snow. At least 7 inches already!! High tide is causing huge storm surges at the coast.
1:30, at least 12 inches now, we're trying to save our new trees, loaded with heavy wet snow and then the terror of frigid temps after the storm.
The snow is accumulating like mad and the wind is beginning to howl. It's much deeper now, but I wanted to post before any power outages. Here's our BB, fresh out of California, channeling her inner New Englander's adoration of storms and snow, like all of us, deep down.
For the Record,
This day came in with rain that swiftly changed to a wet driving snow with howling wind.
All hands looking out the windows!!!
