To Oxford

We flew down to Heathrow on a very full flight. The snow had mainly melted over the Pentlands. Took an age for our bags to come through and then out to the hirecar place on the runway perimeter. A quick drive to see my Mum and to the old family home to be met by A, who'd made us a lovely dinner despite coming down with what sounded like flu. I was glad I'd availed myself of a flu jab in a chemists in Morningside a couple of days previously.
