Diet

is really going splendidly.

At least I haven't (yet) broken my resolution to run 20km a week. Better get out there now.

Sarah and I went across to Manchester so she could feed the turtles at the Sealife Centre - it was great fun but I wasn't allowed to take photos and the official ones won't be online for a day or so. The drive there and back was absolutely foul, plus I was driving my own car for the first time in months as David didn't need it today - can't tell you how many times I tried to put the car in drive by turning on the windscreen wipers and tried to put the parking brake on with the clutch.
