The Maltings

This is the Maltings - once part of Samuel Webster's Brewery, Fountain Head, Halifax.  It was built in 1900 in a 'chateau' style and is a Grade II listed building.
The brewery closed in 1996 and in 2004 they began building houses on the site - 'The Fountain Head Village'.
After a period of being left empty, a children's day nursery opened in the Old Maltings in 2007, a college followed in 2011.
