Maybe the Last Stage!

My son started preparing the walls for redecoration after the damp proof course work.  The carpenter also came and fitted some new bits of skirting board and architrave and a remodelled corner unit for the TV.  I also got in another electrician to give me his views on the unsatisfactory  electrical work that has gone on. He was rather concerned.  I have not received any certification concerning the electrical work the original electrician  carried out which apparently I should have had but as the work is far from good and incomplete I am not sure he  can provide a valid certificate!  His bill for the work has not as yet been paid. The saga continues.
