Celebration

Despite the New Year resolution not to drink so much, The other half and I ended up having a few drinks this evening. The offer of an evening at pub from a friend coincided perfectly with some good news today. My first assembly was a success and I received confirmation that I'd been successful with an application for a different role at work- one I'd not expected if I'm honest. I'm a little scared about the interview, admittedly but I've been given the confidence (thanks to excellent coaching in the past by my work mum) to face it head on! I wouldn't have even have considered applying for anything a few years ago!
A lovely night too, catching up with friends.
