Emergency repairs

Very strong winds again today, and one of our fence posts, which has been rocking quite a bit recently, started rocking even more alarmingly.  It caused the trellis on top of one of the adjoining panels to part company with the fence.

I have stabilised it as best I can with a rope from the top to a nearby bush, and this length of wood propping up the bottom.  Hopefully this will prevent further damage to the adjoining fence panels until I can arrange a permanent repair.

With this and other commitments today, this was the only photograph I took.
