Pick it up

so, here I am parked outside Tesco in Danestone. My passenger, who doesn't drive, well he would have a job really, seeing as he has a white cane as he, although not totally blind, has sight issues, anyway, he ordered his groceries online to get them delivered to his house.
Gets the suitable time slot, then gets a message from the store, that ALL their delivery vans have broken down, and they will not be able to deliver the shopping to him, and he has to pick it up himself.
All the vans huh. Whats the chance of that?
The odd thing about grocery home delivery, especially at this time when Tesco no longer have thin, disposable carrier bags at their check outs, only the more expensive thicker ones, that the delivery shopping is packed in crates, but items are placed in the bags they no longer sell at the tills, and they don't charge, I believe, for them via the crates.
hey also have a tendency to put only one item in each bag.
Go figure.
