Fashion Tips for Antifascists
“Acting in a mass of people who are ostensibly prepared to do what they believe is right regardless of police intimidation is often a hell of a lot more empowering than chanting weakly with the liberals, and matching battle-dress is a ritual for inspiring courage that need not be abandoned to our uniformed enemies.”

I have been reading, thinking, walking around my neighborhood, enjoying the wet streets, the reflections, the rising moon.
I especially love “Fashion Tips for the Brave.” For example, “The goal of the bloc as a tactic is to have everyone look as similar as possible, so that, ideally, no single individual can be identified within the anonymous mass. This helps to keep everybody safer.” It is recommended that people wear three outfits, layered on top of each other. One for getting to the site without attracting attention, one for the action itself, and another for making an exit. A bandana is not enough; cover your face and your hair. Wear goggles rather than your regular glasses; don’t carry your every-day backpack; have a pair of shoes you wear just for actions (preferably steel-toed). Cover tattoos. Wear gloves. Be careful. Beware of “liberal organizers” making “useless gestures that will do nothing to put things right.”
Brilliant, really.
