Defrost

It started raining this afternoon and temperatures have risen above freezing and are lazily climbing.  All day I heard loud clunks on the roof and ground as big pieces of ice let go of their hold on trees in our yard.  It's quite dangerous being in the backyard right now as the ice is dropping so my hard hat selfie last Saturday was no joke. ;)  

So while our icemageddon slowly makes its exit, other parts of the world are feeling the onslaught of severe winter storms.  Thinking about you and hoping you stay safe and warm!
