Yellow Crocus

Today’s picture is a yellow Crocus flower with raindrops, which I found early this morning. Clearly some of the spring bulbs think it is already spring; the weather clearly does not. It is cold and damp here with some spots of rain.
 
I was supposed to house-sit for some furniture to be delivered today for my granddaughter, but I was not needed as Victoria had a study day at home. I still visited my daughter and granddaughter for coffee and to check the progress of the second hat that Victoria is knitting; this one is a more involved pattern.

I sorted out my wool yesterday afternoon and found two projects that need finishing; I knew they were there! One I finished last night; the other needs some buttons although the garment, an Aran waistcoat is now miles too big as I started knitting it before losing weight!
