into the sun

Out on the coast path this morning, the walkers were out making the most of the sunshine.

The old wooden signpost points the way along the cliffs. We decide to go blackberry picking. One hour later we are still struggling to fill a container. The berries are small & hard. Not much of a harvest this year. Never mind, I have the nettle stings & purple hands as proof of our efforts.
