Baked pepper and feta cheese surprise!


Earlier this morning I had a post Christmas catch up with an old friend, swapping stories whilst consuming coffee and cake. I then bought a few items in the town, stocked up on bird seed and around lunchtime headed off for the main dog walk.

After the heavy rain of yesterday there were some deepish puddles and flooded grass but it was largely uneventful just a bit of a muddy pup when we got home.

I can't claim the cooking of tea, only the photo and the title of the dish. Most home made recipes go by a similar title, to cover all eventualities of what's been included from the store cupboard. It was completely delicious.
