Black-Headed Gull on the South Bank

A good long walk in afternoon sunshine through Lincoln's Inn to Victoria Embankment, across Blackfriars Bridge and back along the South Bank to Waterloo Bridge.  Combined with walking to and from the hospital and along to St Pancras to meet my aunt off the train, I have definitely clocked up a few steps today.  

In the evening I made a rather tasty mattar paneer which my aunt and I ate while shouting out answers to TV quiz shows.
