New Norcia

As part of my ‘IWantYouToMeet’ people photo Instagram project I finally snapped these lovely people from the New Norcia Bakery. Morgan and Katerina always welcome us with a big smile and a wee chat about how we are all doing.

In general we are gluten free but we realised that our gluten free bread wasn’t actually made of good quality ingredients. So, we did a bit of research and decided to look into proper sourdough bread. I mean the proper stuff. This is New Norcia’s specialty and as a result we’ve had no problem with adding it into our diet.
