Parkrun

It was a bit of a struggle to get out of bed, but K fancied trying out Parkrun. However it was under the proviso that she didn’t need to run. We did a little bit of jogging now and again as it was quite chilly, but we walked most of it. I quite enjoyed it, but K’s not convinced so I don’t think she’ll be back.
