"For whom the bell tolls"

Taken outside Juvenile and Domestic Court today as
Master Z received a citation for 74mph in a 55mph zone. As he's under 18, I am responsible for his actions and accompanied him to court.

Juvenile Court is quite the anthropologic observation post:
We witnessed one of Z's old classmates taken away in handcuffs,
We noticed the presence of at least two pregnant grandmothers in the waiting area,
I made the astute observations that shaved eyebrows were a cosmetic no-no and extremely baggie pants are a tripping hazard.

"Hangin'" Judge Bean dispensed justice and due process:
The charges against Z will be dismissed once he and I complete 9 hrs of irresponsible driver retraining, he pays court costs and he documents for the court that he's received no school grades less than a C.
