ORKNEY ROCKS

That's what this ensemble call themselves - they're singing in this concert of "Christmas in Song" in St Magnus Cathedral in Kirkwall - my most favourite church, founded in 1137 by the Viking, Earl Rognvald, in honour of his uncle St Magnus.

We had seats in a wee side chapel just beside the "stage" - great acoustic for a 12th century building.

Quite cheesy, but great fun!
