The long path

The long path - in two halves!
It was lovely crisp sunny weather this morning, so me and the dogs went on a longer than usual walk. We usually only do parts of the "long path" walk, joining at the top mostly and cutting back out half way down then round the estate and home. But today we walked to the bottom of the estate on the main road side, along the bottom and then all the way back up the long path to home.
It is actually part of the cycle track route that leads all the way to Bedford if you so desire. And the picture is in two halves because there is a slight kink in it half way up. A few months back the council upgraded the path to tarmac all the way along, so it's quite a clean walk too now.
