Season's End

I stubbornly refuse to de-decorate the house till (at least) the 6th of January. While secular in my own beliefs, I do share a view with many that the rampant consumerism that precedes Christmas Day is now, sadly, afforded a greater significance by many than the time spent with family and friends that follows. Today's photo evidences my small act of resistance - and absolutely not, of course, my prolonged festive indolence and anticipation of Burns Nights ahead...
