New bedroom

Well after months of occasional mumblings and vague plans then a garage-full of assorted furniture deliveries supplemented by last-minute trips to Ikea and Homebase... CyclopsJnr has a new bedroom! We vowed to do it over Christmas then illness and festivities got in the way. And yet somehow it is done! Hurray!

CyclopsJnr has been sleeping in the for with a side off but it was about time for a big boy bed. To accommdate a single bed we decided to swap CyclopsJnr's bedroom and MrsCyclops's office as the office is bigger. So tidying and painting were required.

Once we got started it came together quickly over a couple of days and CyclopsJnr enjoyed helping.

Today it was ready enough for CyclopsJnr to move in, and that he did enthusiastically at bed time .

We are yet to see if he will happily relinquish the other room to MrsCyclops...

That took up much of our day, but we also went biking/scooting at Cramond with family 77 then they came to our house to play for a bit when it got too cold.
