Rescue Me!

This very young bison bull is a Rodeo Rescue. The people who have him will introduce him to a herd in the north valley this summer after the calves are weaned and before mating season so he can get bigger and handle himself with other bulls his age. He was taken from the rodeo people because bison, like cattle, are herding animals and need companionship or they don't thrive. That's M giving him a tickle on his noggin for good luck.
